Started as a R&D engineer, he progressed on to be involved in procurement, project management and sales in the localization of the automotive industry in his early working years. He has held a managerial position in a well-established organization which provides specialized engineering solutions, products & services to the Oil & Gas industry and other industries in power generation, petrochemicals, marine and fabrication before joining the company. As the technical authority, he leads the operations management and provides technical support to project management and marketing.

Combining academic excellence with his practical work experience, he has worked in various roles such as Site Project Technician, Site Engineer and Project Executive with wide-ranging responsibilities such as safety monitoring, product logistics, project quality management and cross-functional collaborations. He now interacts with the management on project delivery and assists in the administration of project operations.
